Role & Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate showroom staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Attend to walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable modular wardrobe solutions.
- Explain product features, materials, finishes, pricing, and customization options to customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on potential sales leads.
- Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving showroom sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain product displays, showroom presentation, and customer enquiry records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare sales updates and reports for management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2-5 years of management experience preferred, ideally in showroom management, retail sales, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.




- Ability to manage sales enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and well-organized, with a qualified approach.
- Interest or experience in modular wardrobes, furniture, interiors, building materials, or related products will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a showroom environment and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome.

Location: Mangalore, Karnataka Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
