The Role

Welcome visitors, handle calls and enquiries, and support the sales team so every visitor gets a skilled first impression.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome visitors, customers and clients warmly
- Offer water or tea and guide visitors around the showroom
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries politely
- Share basic product details, catalogues and samples
- Note down every visitor and enquiry (name, phone, requirement) in a register or Excel
- Inform the sales team about new leads and appointments
- Keep the showroom clean, tidy and well arranged
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts and dispatch teams




- Follow up with visitors for quotations when asked

Who We're Looking For

- Graduate or 12th pass with 1–2 years of reception or customer-facing experience (freshers with good communication can apply)
- Pleasant personality, polite and well groomed
- Good Hindi and basic English communication
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp)
- Experience in furniture, interiors or building materials is a plus
- Preference will be given to candidates residing near NH 52, Vill Behbalpur, Hisar, Haryana 125121, India.
