We are looking for a customer oriented and well organised showroom executive to manage showroom activities, attend to customers, explain products and services and coordinate with the sales and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and visitors to the showroom and understand their requirements
- Explain the company’s products, services, materials,and available options
- Coordinate customer enquiries with the sales and design teams
- Maintain showroom appearance, cleanliness and product displays
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complaints to the concerned team
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn about interior design products, materials and furniture
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
