Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Customer Service:
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery, providing detailed information about product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Ensure exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

Store Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the showroom, including opening/closing, managing inventory, and cash handling.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:
- Support the Showroom Manager in leading, mentoring, and training the sales team.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure smooth functioning of the showroom.
- Foster a positive and productive work workplace.

Inventory Management:
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper display of jewellery pieces.
- Conduct stock audits and ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to address stock-related issues.

Marketing & Promotions:




- Assist in executing promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and special events.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings.

Customer Relations:
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
- Ensure all customer transactions are recorded and reported accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree , retail management, or a related field.
- 8-15 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, metals, and market trends is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
