D2C / Shopify Operations Executive | Zavya | Gurugram

We’re hiring a D2C / Shopify Operations Executive at Zavya.

Zavya’s website is one of our largest revenue channels, and we’re looking for someone who can run Shopify day to day with ownership, speed, and accuracy.

You’ll own the execution layer of our D2C storefront - launches, banners, collections, offers, pricing, campaign readiness, website hygiene, and issue closure.

What You’ll Own

· Daily Shopify operations across homepage, banners, landing pages, collections, and product pages.

· New product launches and complete website readiness.

· Pricing, offers, discount codes, coupons, bundles, and promotional setup.

· Catalogue hygiene across titles, images, variants, tags, collections, and SEO fields.

· Website merchandising - bestsellers, new launches, campaign collections, sorting, and product visibility.

· Execution support for WhatsApp, push notifications, and email campaigns.

· Finding and fixing broken links, incorrect pricing, missing images, wrong tags, and other customer-facing errors.

· Coordination with design, marketing, tech, warehouse, catalogue, and CX teams.

· Maintaining trackers for launches, offers, banners, campaigns, and website issues.





What We’re Looking For

· 1-3 years of experience in Shopify, D2C website operations, or e-commerce operations.

· Hands-on Shopify experience strongly preferred.

· Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

· High attention to detail - errors in this role are customer-facing.

· Strong follow-up and execution discipline.

· Ability to move fast without constant follow-ups.

· Comfort working across multiple teams and closing tasks independently.

Valuable to Have

· Experience with Shopify Plus, GoKwik, Razorpay, Unicommerce, or similar tools.

· Prior experience in fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brands.

· Basic understanding of conversion, website merchandising, campaign landing pages, and customer journey.
