- Manage and maintain Shopify admin panel including product catalog, collections, discounts, pages, and navigation.
- Handle daily site operations including content updates, promotions, and homepage/landing page edits using Shopify themes and sections.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and site refreshes.
- Create and update products, SKUs, variants, metafields, and inventory using bulk import/export tools or Shopify APIs.
- Monitor store performance, analyze traffic, and generate reports using Shopify Analytics and integrated tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Manage Shopify apps and third-party integrations (payment gateways, shipping, CRM, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues related to storefront, orders,



customer accounts, and backend workflows.
- Assist in UAT and QA testing before major releases or theme changes.
- Ensure SEO compliance, image optimization, and proper tagging to support discoverability.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience with Shopify as an admin or eCommerce operations specialist.

- Solid working knowledge of
- Shopify Admin (products, collections, settings, orders)
- Shopify Themes and Sections (basic HTML/CSS experience preferred)
- Shopify Apps (Loyalty, Reviews, SEO, Subscription, etc.)

- Experience with bulk upload via CSV, Shopify API tools, or third-party connectors.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment flows, customer support tools, and logistics integrations.
- Basic troubleshooting experience and ability to coordinate with developers for advanced fixes.
- Strong communication and documentation skills
