Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily mid-mile operations during the assigned shift.

- Ensure vehicles are dispatched on time as per schedule.

- Monitor vehicle arrival and departure at hubs.

- Ensure proper loading and unloading of shipments.

- Track shipments and ensure timely movement between hubs.

- Coordinate with hub teams, drivers, and transporters.

- Manage manpower and assign daily tasks to team members.

- Monitor pending shipments and resolve operational issues.

- Maintain daily reports and update shipment status.

- Ensure proper scanning and shipment handling.

- Monitor operational performance and achieve daily targets.

- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

- Ensure proper shift handover to the next team.
