2- Experience with galvanizing, color coating line,finishing line eot crane maintenance.

Availability and Reliability of the equipment.

- Reduction in Equipment Downtime and adhering to the Planned MaintenanceSchedule as per Sap.

Maintaining

Actual availability of Spares Consumables.

- Attending routine Corrective / Preventive / Breakdown / Maintenance Job asper SOP.

7.

Achieve Budgeted Department Financial

Goals.

- Updating of Shift Logbook Periodically.
- Ensuring HSE Compliance Proper Housekeeping of Workplace.

10.

Initiating Continuous

Improvement programs to enhance Equipment Capability.

- Co-ordinating monitoring related lines.

12.

Ensuring

Capacity utilization of equipment.

13.

Ensuring Environmental

Compliance during the Shift.

14.

Ensuring Safety

Compliance during the Shift.

15.

Organizing

Toolbox talk records.

16.

Recording





Repetitive failure analysis reports appropriate correctiveaction to enhance reliability of the equipment.
