SN Required Information Details 1 Role*Services Skilled and versatile professional to lead configuration, deployment, testing, integration, release management, and field support for 4G/5G Packet Core and IMS product stacks in open-source cloud environments.

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) Bachelor s or Master s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Solid understanding of 4G/5G Packet Core and IMS architecture and protocols (GTP, SIP, Diameter, Hands-on experience with open-source cloud platforms (OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible, Helm).

Strong documentation skills and familiarity with tools like Confluence, Markdown, LaTeX, or MS Word. Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Configuration & Deployment: Configure and deploy 4G EPC,



5G Core (NSA/SA), and IMS components in cloud-native environments (OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenShift). Automate deployments using Ansible, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient deployments across development, staging, and production environments.

2 Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans for functional, performance, and interoperability testing. Use telecom test tools (e.g., Spirent) to validate network behavior and KPIs. Conduct regression and acceptance testing aligned with 3GPP standards.

3 Integration: Integrate network functions across EPC, 5G NSA/SA, and IMS domains including MME, SGW, PGW, AMF, SMF, UPF, HSS, PCRF, and CSCF nodes. Ensure seamless interworking between legacy and cloud-native systems.

4 Release Management: Manage version control, release planning, and rollout strategies. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth release cycles and rollback mechanisms. Maintain release documentation and change logs.

5 Technical Documentation: Create and maintain: High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents. Method of Procedure (MoP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Technical manuals, deployment guides, and release notes.



Ensure documentation is version-controlled, accessible, and aligned with operational standards.

6 Field Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site and remote support during deployment and post-deployment phases. Troubleshoot live network issues across Packet Core and IMS domains. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with customer teams and internal stakeholders to ensure service continuity.

7 Collaboration with Product Development: Work closely with the product development team to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs. Provide detailed logs, diagnostics, and test cases to aid in debugging and patch development. Participate in sprint reviews and feedback loops to improve product stability and performance.
