Platform Leadership & Delivery:

Own overall technical delivery and operational success of the ServiceNow platform.

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities across ServiceNow solutions.

Ensure platform availability, stability, scalability, and performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.Architecture & Governance:

Provide technical leadership for solution design and architecture reviews.

Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and enterprise architecture principles.

Govern integrations with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.

Reduce technical debt and improve upgrade readiness across the platform.

Ensure adherence to CMDB, CSDM, security, and compliance standards.ServiceNow Product & Module Ownership IT Operations - ITSM, ITOM & ITAM Infosec Operations HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Integrated Risk, Security, and Compliance capabilities Custom Enterprise Workflows Develop and execute platform roadmaps aligned with business prioritiesTeam Leadership Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, administrators, and technical leads.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability,



and continuous learning.

Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development initiatives.

Manage external partners and vendor delivery teams to ensure successful delivery outcomesStakeholder Management Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate requirements into platform capabilities.

Provide executive-level reporting on platform health, project status, risks, and outcomes.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow-related initiatives.

- Drive alignment across IT, Security, HR, and other business functions.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- 15+ years of total experience - 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience - 8+ years as a ServiceNow Technical Architect / Solution Architect - Core Modules: IT Ops, Sec Ops & HRSD - Experience with architecture reviews, platform standards, partner oversight, and technical debt reduction - Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise integration - Experience managing large, global ServiceNow environments and multi-partner delivery models What's on Offer 1.
