Responsibilities

- Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SecOps modules.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations, and Service Portal.

- Experience with CMDB design, data modeling, and discovery.

Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - mandatory.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in multiple modules - preferred.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - preferred.

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - highly desirable.

Soft Skills

- Robust leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.

- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.

- Proven track record of leading large ServiceNow transformations.

Education

- Any Graduate in Any Specialization
