Experience

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
- Robust experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) / PPM implementations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and project delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow SPM applications.
- Implement and enhance Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Idea Management capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure workflows, Flow Designer, forms, lists, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, and automations.
- Configure SPM data models, portfolio hierarchies, prioritization frameworks, and scoring models.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Improve reporting, dashboards, portfolio visibility, and project tracking capabilities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, testing artifacts, and release documentation.
- Participate in testing, deployments, upgrades, and post-production support.
- Ensure ServiceNow platform governance, standards,



and best practices are followed.
- Recommend process improvements and platform enhancements to optimize SPM adoption.
- Support data migration, data quality, and validation activities.
- Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and training.
