About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Data Migration / ETL Developer to drive complex data transfer, integration, and cleansing operations. This is a specialized technical role focusing heavily on moving data from legacy or third-party systems into ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM).

You will be responsible for mapping fields, validating high-volume records, transforming data sets, and resolving migration bottlenecks to ensure risk, compliance, controls, and audit information lands accurately in its new destination.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Migration & ETL Execution: Extract data from diverse source systems (Excel, flat files, external databases, or legacy applications), transform and clean the data, and securely load it into ServiceNow IRM.
- ServiceNow IRM Customization & Configuration: Work extensively within the ServiceNow IRM module to configure target structures for risks, compliance frameworks, controls, and audits.
- Mapping & Validation: Design and implement Transform Maps to map legacy source fields to correct ServiceNow fields, performing rigorous validation and troubleshooting to eliminate errors.
- Integration Development: Utilize IntegrationHub,



REST/SOAP web services, and structured formats (JSON, XML) to facilitate seamless communication between ServiceNow and external platforms.
- Pipeline Management: Build, schedule, and manage automated data processing pipelines using ETL platforms.
- Database & Scripting Operations: Write advanced SQL queries to analyze, compare, and validate large datasets across relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL). Leverage Python and JavaScript for process automation and ServiceNow backend scripting.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Total Experience: 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years of dedicated relevant experience in Data Migration, ETL pipelines, and database management.
- Core Module Expertise: Solid, hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management), moving beyond standard ITSM or general administration.
- ETL & Data Tools: Proficiency in modern ETL platforms such as AWS Glue, dbt, Apache Airflow, or Informatica.
- Database & Query Skills: Advanced SQL experience, including performance tuning and querying complex data stores (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Programming & Scripting: Strong working knowledge of Python (for data processing automation) and JavaScript (for ServiceNow scripting).
- Data Exchange Formats: Deep familiarity with JSON and XML structures, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Transform Maps.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
