Roles and Responsibility

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementation.

- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems.

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement using ServiceNow tools.

Job Requirements





- Strong understanding of IT service management principles and frameworks such as ITIL.

- Experience working with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and ITAM.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or HTML is an added advantage.
