Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM

Certifications Required: ServiceNow Developer Certification (Mandatory)

Hands on experience on (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM).

Responsibilities:-

- Designing, implementing, and developing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CSM.
- Collaborating with process owners to enhance core applications and deliver ongoing support of IT solutions.




- Providing technical expertise to evaluate the impacts and links between structure, people, process, and technology.
- Configuring and setting up ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CSM modules for clients.
- Supporting and collaborating with process owners, enhancing core applications, and ensuring delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions.

Requirements:-

- 3+ years of experience administering ServiceNow. •
- Minimum CSA Certification.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Sprint cycles.
- Module Knowledge: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM.

ServiceNow Certifications or Experience

- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices
