Requirements 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management and enterprise architecture

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices

Proven experience architecting complex, multi-instance ServiceNow environments

Experience Designing Enterprise-scale ServiceNow Implementations With Complex Integration Requirements Strong understanding of web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware technologies

Experience managing technical delivery across multiple concurrent projects

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance

Experience designing and overseeing integrations between ServiceNow modules and external systems

Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, development teams, and vendors

Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions

Ability to work in an environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification — highly desirable

Experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and Health and Safety / HSE modules — nice to have

Real estate domain or functional real estate knowledge — nice to have

Business analysis experience within a professional services setting — nice to have

Job responsibilities

Design and oversee enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and technology roadmaps





Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architectures and technical specifications

Define and maintain ServiceNow architectural standards, patterns, governance frameworks, development standards, and coding best practices

Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow modules and other enterprise systems

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges

Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability

Lead technical delivery across multiple concurrent ServiceNow projects while ensuring consistent architectural approaches

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful solution delivery

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and provide technical expertise during client presentations

Identify and mitigate technical risks and advise leadership on ServiceNow platform capabilities, technical direction, and roadmap planning
