- Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and ensure system stability.
- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Performance Analytics.
- Exposure to HR workflows and employee lifecycle automation.
