Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator for our client Microland.



The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on administration and development experience across the ServiceNow platform.

Mandatory Skills:

Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM modules including SAM, HAM, and ALM. Proven experience in catalogue item creation, editing, and troubleshooting break-fix issues related to ServiceNow catalogue items. Solid hands-on with Flow Designer and Workflows.

Good to Have: Experience in WSD, HRSD, Source-to-Pay, APO, and custom application development.
