Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator for our client Microland.



The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on administration and development experience across the ServiceNow platform. Mandatory Skills Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, SPM, and ITAM modules including SAM, HAM, and ALM. Proven experience in catalogue item creation, editing, and troubleshooting break-fix issues related to ServiceNow catalogue items. Strong hands-on with Flow Designer and Workflows.

- Good to Have:* Experience in WSD, HRSD, Source-to-Pay, APO, and custom application development.
