- Project Supervision:Oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Team Management:Lead and supervise electrical crews, including electricians and apprentices
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure effective project completion
- Quality Control:Ensure that electrical installations meet project specifications and comply with electrical codes and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Safety Compliance:Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
- Conduct safety meetings and trainings for electrical crews
- Material Management:Coordinate the procurement and delivery of electrical materials
