We are looking for an experienced Service Operations qualified to manage service delivery, revenue generation, customer satisfaction and project execution for leading company in Bhubaneswar.

Location: Bhubaneshwar

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and efficient service delivery while meeting defined service KPIs and turnaround time targets.

- Drive service revenue through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), labour services and other service opportunities.

- Manage customer expectations and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Coordinate with Authorised Service Partners (ASPs), contractors and internal teams to deliver quality service.

- Oversee project implementation, including large and multi-location orders, documentation and execution.

- Conduct service audits and ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.





- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure effective stock control.

- Monitor service profitability and support working capital management.

- Lead, motivate and develop the service team through training, coaching and performance management.

- Build strong relationships with banking clients, government departments, institutions and retail customers.
