The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be the frontline service contact for our customers.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining CNC and VMC machines
- Robust troubleshooting, installation, and commissioning skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of service engineers
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the service team for CNC and VMC machines.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests.
- Plan preventive maintenance and service schedules.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, and principals on technical matters.
- - CTC - upto 16 lac per annum
