Unicorn Infosolutions is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead service centre operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day service centre operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and guide service engineers and service centre staff.
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and delivery of Apple devices, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple Watches.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service turnaround time, productivity, and service quality.
- Maintain service records, inventory, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.

Requirements




- Prior experience in service centre management, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile repair.
- Robust team management, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Knowledge of Apple products and repair processes will be an added advantage.
