- Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of machinery
- Perform hands-on, on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
- Provide technical support to external customers at their location
- Provide in office training to the customers
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions




- Converting customers from warranty to AMC and retain them Selling spares to customers not in contract

- Repair and service jobs for the customers not in contact
- Creating value added solutions for old systems by way revamp and retrofit
- Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer

- Requires good diagnostic skills
