Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

- Install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain Home Automation, KNX Automation, Gate Automation, Curtain Automation, CCTV, Access Control, Security Systems and Solar Solutions at residential and commercial project sites.
- Attend customer service requests, diagnose technical issues, perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, and ensure timely resolution of service complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with project engineers, technical teams and customers for site inspections, system commissioning, installation support and maintenance activities. Maintain accurate service reports and follow company safety and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI, Diploma, B.Tech or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Instrumentation or related technical disciplines.
- Freshers with strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.



Candidates with experience in home automation, CCTV, electrical installations or security systems will have an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring, electronic systems, networking, troubleshooting and technical equipment installation.
- Valuable communication skills, problem-solving abilities and willingness to travel to customer sites. A valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
