- To report and attend complaint at the earliest, once it is notified.
- To rectify the complaint within allocated TAT.
- To achieve AMC/CMC targets and consumable targets month wise.
- To work in the field as per the tour plan.
- To meet all non-AMC customers for ensuring AMC acceptance.
- To ensure the companys reporting system is implemented like timely submission of documents,
installation reports, tour program, expense statement, AMC/CMC contracts and other periodic submissions.
- To give timely feedback to the seniors and back-office team regarding the market trends and competitors and contribute towards developing effective field strategies.
