Key Responsibilities:

- Handle warranty upsell cases and coordinate with customers.

- Follow up with out-of-warranty (OOW) customers for payments and close pending cases on time.

- Complete daily audits and validations within deadlines.

- Follow Lenovo processes and maintain compliance.

- Identify and resolve issues before they escalate to Lenovo.

- Provide timely support to the operations team.

- Meet KPI and SLA targets and avoid compliance issues.
