In previous setup, we had 1x platform, 1x team with all process managers In current setup, we have multiple platforms, 1x team of change managers supporting the same process for multiple platforms

This person has to support me (and the team) in this ? change ? , as there will be a lot of changes in the people, process, tools, and documentation in 2025

learn the change process, which is currently fragmented over the different platforms The goal is to harmonize this in 2025 and onwards learn the different platforms,



which we will support as from 1-9-2024
