We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Service Advisor to join our Passenger Vehicle service team at Luxon Tata. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Explain service procedures, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.

- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.

- Coordinate with technicians and the service team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.

- Explain repair recommendations and obtain customer approval.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Promote periodic maintenance, additional repairs, and value-added services.

Requirements

- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering,



Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in automobile service or customer handling is preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.

- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple customer requests.
