Job Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.

- Explain repair work, service schedules, and estimated costs to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.

- Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status.

- Explain repair estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

- Maintain service records, job cards, and customer feedback.

- Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.





- Promote periodic maintenance and genuine spare parts as required.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Experience in a two-wheeler service centre or automobile dealership preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and maintenance.

- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage customer expectations.

- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
