Job Summary

Crobstacle Ventures LLP is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SEO Executive to join our Marketing & Organic Growth team in Dehradun. You will be responsible for improving the organic search visibility, website performance, and search-driven business opportunities of our clients and internal brands. The role involves hands-on work across On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, keyword research, content optimisation, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and organic performance reporting.

We are looking for someone who can investigate SEO problems, identify opportunities, implement improvements, and take ownership of assigned websites.

Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research based on search intent, competition, and business objectives.

- Perform website SEO audits and identify technical, structural, and content-related issues.

- Implement on-page optimisation, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image alt text, and internal linking.

- Work with Google Search Console to monitor indexing, search visibility, clicks, impressions, and technical issues.

- Use Google Analytics 4 to analyse organic traffic, user behaviour, and conversions.

- Identify and investigate crawling, indexing, canonicalisation, redirect, and sitemap issues.

- Perform competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.

- Develop keyword maps and content recommendations for client websites.

- Prepare SEO-focused content briefs and coordinate with content writers.

- Manage local SEO activities,



including Google Business Profiles, relevant citations, and local keyword optimisation.

- Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and website health.

- Assist with legitimate link-building and off-page SEO activities.

- Coordinate with WordPress, Shopify, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.

- Assist with basic structured data, Core Web Vitals, and website performance improvements.

- Prepare weekly updates and monthly SEO performance reports.

- Maintain organised task trackers, SEO audit documents, and implementation records.

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

- Take responsibility for assigned SEO tasks and follow them through to completion.

Requirements

- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.

- Shopify SEO experience.

- WooCommerce SEO experience.

- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

- Understanding of robots.txt and XML sitemaps.

- Experience implementing structured data.

- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights.

- Experience with technical SEO audits.

- Knowledge of international SEO.

- Understanding of Google Tag Manager.

- Basic conversion tracking knowledge.

- Experience creating SEO content strategies.

- Familiarity with Looker Studio.





- Knowledge of AI assisted SEO research and content workflows.

- Experience managing SEO for multiple clients.

- Experience with SEO reporting and client communication.

- Minimum six months of completed, relevant SEO internship or professional experience.

- Ability to demonstrate substantial contributions to at least three SEO projects or websites.

- Practical knowledge of On-Page SEO.

- Basic understanding of Technical SEO and website indexing.

- Experience with keyword research and search intent analysis.

- Working knowledge of Google Search Console.

- Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics 4.

- Understanding of internal linking, meta tags, headers, URLs, and content optimisation.

- Familiarity with Google Business Profile and Local SEO fundamentals.

- Ability to conduct basic SEO audits.

- Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Ability to interpret SEO data and prepare performance reports.

- Good written communication and documentation skills.

- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and seek guidance when necessary.

- Willingness to work full time from our Dehradun office.
