Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Executive to join our team in Dwarka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO and a strong understanding of current search trends, Google algorithms, and up-to-date search optimization practices.

The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic rankings, traffic, and overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Handle On-Page SEO, including meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, URL structure, and image optimization.
- Manage Off-Page SEO, including link-building, backlink analysis, and outreach activities.
- Perform Technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search performance.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, indexing, and overall SEO performance.
- Work on Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance tracking and analysis.
- Identify and implement opportunities related to AIO (AI Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and evolving search trends.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates,



SEO best practices, AI search, and emerging search technologies.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Identify technical and content gaps and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify new opportunities for organic growth.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of Keyword Research, Link Building, SEO Audits, and Competitor Analysis.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of AIO, GEO, AI Search, and modern SEO trends will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage SEO activities and deliver measurable results.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have worked on multiple websites/projects and can demonstrate improvement in rankings, organic traffic, leads, or visibility will be preferred.

Salary

Up to ₹25,000/month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
