HR Technology and Analytics skilled with 9 years of experience specializing in Workday Reporting, data analytics, and HR systems optimization

Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, Prism Analytics, and EIBs,

Designing scalable reporting solutions, building insightful dashboards, and transforming complex HR data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision-making.

Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
