Eligibility Criteria:
1. Bachelor s degree, preferably in Travel Studies, Tourism, or a related field
2. 1-4 years of experience in visa documentation and processing
Candidates with solid knowledge of visa procedures and excellent client service skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information to guests about visa processes and required documentation Verify visa documents and advise guests on additional requirements Prepare visa files for submission and submit them to the relevant Consulate/Embassy within timelines Monitor the status of each visa case and raise alerts as needed
