We are expanding our presence in Ayodhya and are looking for an experienced, student-focused trainer who can turn beginners into job-ready AI and data professionals.

Role Summary The Senior Trainer will deliver hands-on classroom and lab training in Python programming, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning for college students, graduates and working learners in Ayodhya. The role involves teaching, mentoring students on live projects, assessing progress, updating course content and preparing students for internships, certifications and placements.

Key Responsibilities

A. Training Delivery

- Deliver engaging, practical sessions on Python, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI as per the MGrow curriculum.
- Teach concepts from fundamentals to advanced levels, adjusting pace and language (Hindi and English) for learners from different academic backgrounds.
- Conduct live coding demonstrations, lab exercises, case studies and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Manage multiple batches (weekday, weekend, college-based and fast-track) as scheduled.

B. Projects and Mentoring
- Guide students through capstone and mini-projects using real-world datasets.
- Mentor students on building portfolios, GitHub profiles and project presentations.
- Support students during internships and industry projects.
- Assessment and Student Progress
- Design and conduct quizzes, assignments, practical tests and final evaluations.
- Track attendance, performance and learning outcomes for each batch; share regular reports with the Centre Head.
- Identify weak learners early and provide extra support or remedial sessions.

C. Curriculum and Content




- Contribute to curriculum design and keep content updated with current tools and industry trends (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI tools for business).
- Prepare training material, presentations, lab manuals, assignments and question banks.
- Placement and Career Readiness
- Prepare students for technical interviews through mock interviews, coding practice and aptitude sessions.
- Support preparation for industry certifications (e.g., NASSCOM, AWS, Google, Microsoft, IBM).
- Coordinate with the placement team on student readiness and employer requirements.

D. Outreach and Centre Support
- Conduct free workshops, seminars, demo classes and webinars at colleges, schools and institutions in and around Ayodhya.
- Support the admissions team with counselling sessions and demo lectures for prospective students.
- Represent MGrow at college partnerships, faculty development programs and events.

Technical Skills Required

A. Python Programming

- Core Python: data types, control flow, functions, OOP, file handling, exception handling, modules
- Libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Working knowledge of Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, VS Code and Git/GitHub

B. Data Analytics
- Data cleaning, transformation, exploratory data analysis (EDA)
- Statistics and probability for data analysis
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Dashboards)
- SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL): queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations
- BI tools: Power BI and/or Tableau – dashboards and data storytelling

C. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
- Supervised and unsupervised learning: regression, classification, clustering, decision trees, random forest, SVM, KNN
- Model evaluation, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning
- Scikit-learn; working knowledge of TensorFlow / Keras or PyTorch




- Fundamentals of Deep Learning, NLP and Computer Vision
- Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, ChatGPT/Gemini APIs, basic RAG concepts, AI tools for productivity and business

D. Good to Have
- Cloud basics (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud), especially AWS Cloud Practitioner level
- Streamlit or Flask for deploying easy ML apps
- Big data basics or MLOps exposure
- Industry certifications in AI, Data Science or Cloud

Qualifications and Experience

- Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of total experience in AI, Data Analytics and Python, of which at least 2–3 years should be in training, teaching or corporate/academic delivery.
- Proven record of training batches of students or professionals, with demonstrable student outcomes (projects, certifications, placements).
- Hands-on project experience on real-world data analytics or ML projects is strongly preferred.

Soft Skills and Competencies

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi and English
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for beginners and non-technical learners
- Patience, empathy and a student-first mindset
- Strong classroom management and motivational skills
- Organised, punctual and accountable for batch outcomes
- Willingness to travel locally to colleges and institutions for workshops and sessions

Working Details
