The Senior Tender Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing tender opportunities across government and institutional platforms, preparing high-quality technical bids, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements. This role demands a keen understanding of procurement processes, excellent coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple proposals in a time-sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently to support business growth in the infrastructure consulting domain.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant tender opportunities from government portals and other sources.

- Review and summarize tender documents, highlighting key technical and administrative requirements.

- Prepare technical bids in alignment with tender specifications and organizational capabilities.





- Draft and submit pre-bid queries and actively participate in pre-bid meetings (both virtual and in office).

- Manage online tender submissions via platforms such as GeM, e-procurement, and nProcure.

- Coordinate with internal departments, associates, and government bodies to collate and validate necessary documentation.

- Ensure timely proposal submission and maintain accurate records through MIS reporting.

- Operate independently and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines and pressure.

Qualifications
