Role & responsibilities

- Good English communication Skills.
- Ability to prepare BOQ on the basis of Autocad & Sketchup Drawings.
- Should have experience in coordination with Vendors, Prepare BOQ in all Corporate Commercial interior fit out for project.
- Project Pre- tendering , Estimation, Billing.
- Prepare the Comparative rates in market Prepare and cross check BOQ.
- Procurement, Invite, assesses, and ward/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.
- Settle the Bills with Vendors
- Rate analysis
- Vendor selection
- Positive knowledge Marketing
- Project schedule
- Project completion on time.
- Must have knowledge of site as well detail of drawing
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with number
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Communication skills should be fluent
