Job Title: Senior Telecaller / Calling Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Make phone calls to customers and business contacts as per the information provided.
- Explain the company's products and services in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers and maintain proper records of calls and responses.
- Handle basic customer queries and share relevant information.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude during calls.
- Complete daily calling and follow-up activities responsibly.
- Be punctual, disciplined, and sincere towards the job.

Important: No Sales Targets There are no sales targets or pressure to achieve a fixed number of sales. We are looking for a person who is serious about working, willing to make calls regularly, and committed to performing their responsibilities honestly.

Candidate Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and computer.
- A responsible, disciplined, and hardworking attitude.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- A genuine interest in doing the job for the long term.
