We are looking for a skilled Maximo Technical Manager with 12-15 years of experience to lead our team in providing technical solutions and expertise in Maximo implementation, upgrades, and customization. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in MBO customization, automation scripts, interfaces, and BIRT report development.

Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the team in handling Maximo technical activities, including implementation, upgrades, and customization.
- Develop and implement technical solutions using Maximo technologies, such as automation scripts and JAVA class files extension.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Maximo solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Maximo best practices.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Maximo implementation and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Maximo projects.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Maximo 7.5, 7.6,



and MAS 8.x/9.x technologies.
- Experience in Maximo installation, configuration, and customization using automation scripts and JAVA class files extension.
- Good understanding of SQL query analysis and ad hoc reporting using SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- At least 3 to 4 Maximo project experiences in implementation, upgrade, interfaces, etc.
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in Maximo Implementation/upgrades.
- At least 2 years of experience in Maximo Pre Sales activity.
