:

• Carryout plant mechanical maintenance as per requirement of the plant timely.

- Act as a shift in charge for Mechanical section, if required in his respective shift..
- Receiving Mechanical work permits, job allocation, execution of work & ensuring completion of work through manpower as per SOPs and procedures.
- Responsible for preventive maintenance as per schedule in respective shift.
- Maintaining valuable housekeeping in the workshop and plant area.
- Follow-up cGMP practices during maintenance..
- Responsible for using/handling all tools/machines/equipment with utmost care in order to avoid damage/breakdown.
- Using all safety appliances i.e.

Safety

Shoes, Helmets, Cap, Hand-gloves, safety goggles, ear plugs etc. as per the requirements of the work and the directions of Superiors.

- Accountable for informing immediately about any abnormality found during operations or any misoperation of equipment to the superior.
- Apart from all above activities, individual is responsible for all other mechanical related jobs assigned by Dept. head / superior.
- Coordination with electrical/instrument Dept for maintenance related activities.
- To fill shift report on daily basis.
