Role Description The Senior Supply Chain Analyst – Retail/D2C Brands Only is a full-time, in office role based in Saket. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain analytics across sneakers, streetwear, and related product categories, with a focus on retail and direct-to-consumer channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand trends, creating forecasts, and supporting demand planning to ensure optimal stock coverage for high-velocity and limited release items.

The role oversees inventory management, monitors stock levels, and tracks replenishment cycles to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory. The analyst will work closely with operations, merchandising, and finance teams to optimize supply chain processes, improve service levels,



and support data-driven decisions. Additional tasks include building and maintaining dashboards, preparing performance reports, and recommending process improvements to support growth and customer experience.

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Working Hours : 11am-8pm

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to forecast, plan, and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Supply Chain Operations knowledge to support procurement, logistics, and fulfillment processes in retail/D2C environments.
- Experience in retail, fashion, sneakers, or D2C brands is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, BI tools, and ERP or inventory management systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in supply chain or analytics are a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Saket, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
