- Treatment Planning and Management: As a Senior Specialist in Orthopedics, you would develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients, considering their specific needs and condition severity. This may involve prescribing medications, recommending physical therapy or rehabilitation programs, and determining the need for surgical intervention. You would monitor the progress of patients and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
