Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) Business Systems Analyst

Jade Global In simple words: This role is about improving the complete procurement-to-payment process using business analysis, finance systems, data analysis, and automation.The candidate should understand how a company selects vendors, purchases goods or services, processes invoices, and makes payments. They must coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and IT teams to improve processes and implement system changes.

- Key skills to look for

- Experience: 7 to10 years in S2P, P2P, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Finance Operations.
- Core domain: Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
- Business analysis: Requirement gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.
- Testing: UAT, QA, implementation, and deployment support.
- Tools: SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, or Zip; Excel and Power BI are useful.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Location: Bengaluru, hybrid office once a week.

Important: Candidates should have supported process improvement, business requirements, systems implementation, or UAT.Your primary screening focus: S2P/P2P domain knowledge + business analysis + process improvement/system implementation + 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. Tools such as Ariba, Coupa, and Power BI strengthen the profile,



but the JD describes them as preferred or advantageous rather than universally mandatory.

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
