Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Engineer who doesn’t just write code-but uses AI to accelerate, optimize, and rethink development workflows . You’ll build scalable systems while leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to improve productivity and code quality.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering + applied AI , not pure ML research.

Responsibilities

- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs

AI-Augmented Development

- Use AI tools to
- Generate and optimize code
- Debug faster
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Build internal workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc)
- Integrate AI into products (chatbots, copilots, automation layers)

System Thinking + Productivity

- Reduce engineering effort using automation
- Improve dev velocity (targe t:



2–5x productivity vs traditional devs
- Evaluate when AI helps vs when manual coding is better

Collaboration

- Work with product, design, and data teams
- Translate business problems into technical + AI-driven solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Development experience with programming languages
- SQL database or relational database skills

Robust in at least one:
- JavaScript (Node.js /React)
- Python
- Java/ Go

Solid understanding of:
- APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

What Success Looks like:

- Ships f eatures faster than traditional engineers
