Skills and Competencies

- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing modern full-stack applications and platform services
- Strong expertise in Java, C#/.NET, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application architectures
- Experience with relational databases specifically Microsoft SQL Server, NoSQL technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
- Experience with SQL Server Database Administration (DBA) and SQL Server performance tuning preferred
- Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability, performance engineering, testing, and operational excellence




- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality solutions in complex enterprise environments

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain both backend platform services and up-to-date frontend user experiences
- Build scalable APIs and cloud-native systems supporting core platform capabilities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into secure, high-performing applications
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and software quality initiatives
- Identify and resolve technical challenges while promoting best practices for maintainability and reliability
