Senior Site Engineer – Construction & Project Execution

Candidates must be willing to stay near the project site in Ooty.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to independently lead site execution, manage contractors, resolve construction issues, and drive timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead civil and structural works, including foundations, RCC, reinforcement, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing.
- Interpret drawings, verify BBS, and coordinate interior and MEP works.
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, contractors, and project schedules.
- Monitor progress, resolve delays, and implement recovery plans.
- Enforce quality standards and site safety.
- Verify quantities,



measurements, RA bills, and material reconciliation.
- Maintain DPRs/WPRs and coordinate snag closure and handover.

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on construction and site execution experience.
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Robust site leadership, contractor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in villas, resorts, hospitality, residential, roads, or heavy civil projects OR civil preferred.
- Must communicate effectively in Tamil and be available to join immediately.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
