Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow UI Builder Developer / Technical Lead with 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, solution design, and technical leadership. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow UI Builder and Workspace development, along with a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, custom application development, and modern user experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, designing and configuring workspaces, and leading solution development across the design, build, testing, and deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow experiences using UI Builder.

- Build and customize ServiceNow Workspaces, including page composition, reusable components, navigation, and data-driven interactions.

- Architect and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Develop and maintain platform components using JavaScript, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.

- Design and implement integrations and platform configurations to meet business requirements.

- Translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.





- Lead technical solution design and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Support testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, deployment, and post-deployment activities.

- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and platform standards.

Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.

- Robust, hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.

- Proven experience building and configuring ServiceNow Workspaces.

- Expertise in workspace page composition, components, navigation, and data-driven interactions.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, and integrations.

- Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Solid problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).

- Knowledge of the ServiceNow Now Experience Framework.

- Experience with case management, service delivery workflows, or constituent-facing applications.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) or CAD (Certified Application
