Role Description The Senior SEO Executive will lead and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and qualified traffic for a diverse portfolio of clients. This full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division includes planning and performing keyword research, implementing on-page optimization, managing link-building campaigns, and conducting comprehensive SEO audits. The role involves analyzing performance data, preparing reports, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

The Senior SEO Executive will collaborate closely with content, design, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns and alignment with client goals.



The position also requires staying current with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously refine strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in BFSI, Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess advanced On-Page SEO skills, including meta tags, schema markup, site architecture, and content optimization.
- Candidates should possess proven Link Building expertise, with experience in ethical outreach, backlink analysis, and off-page optimization.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of Social Media Marketing to support integrated digital campaigns and brand visibility.
- Hands-on experience with BFSI-SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior or lead SEO role.
- Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexation, site speed, mobile optimization) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
