Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes

- Work with Product Owner on backlog prioritization

- Remove impediments and ensure smooth delivery

- Coach and mentor teams for continuous improvement

- Track Agile metrics like velocity and throughput

Qualifications

- Good to Have Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP)

- Cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, GCP)

- SAFe / Scaled Agile experience
