Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation and support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management implementation and support activities.
- Work on Performance and Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning and Development modules.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
- Configure SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Manage defect resolution, post-go-live support, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams and communicate functional requirements clearly.

Mandatory Requirement:



Minimum 3 SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a Talent Management Lead Functional Consultant.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of total and 7+ Years relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong hands-on experience in Talent Management.
- Expertise in Performance and Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning and Development.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations as a Lead Functional Consultant.
- Good working knowledge of Employee Central and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and application support.
- Solid analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Open to the applicable employment arrangement and final commercial terms.
